Roofing Operations Manager

CentiMark Corporation is the world's leading commercial and industrial roofing contractor. CentiMark offers a full complement of new and replacement roof systems including single-ply thermoplastics, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, metal roofing, spray polyurethane foam, tile, steep slope and roof maintenance coatings.

We are actively hiring for an experienced Operations Manager in Honolulu, HI. The ideal candidate will have commercial/industrial roofing experience, leadership/supervisory experience, and be dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers.

This position is paying $100k + annually, based on experience.

Job Summary:

• Marketing and developing service
• Scheduling and supervising two-man crews – ensuring that they are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Estimating, proposing and selling repair work from some provided leads
• Inspect service jobs for safety and workmanship
• Responsible for management/growth of service department
• Recruiting and retaining qualified workers
• Ensuring safe, profitable and quality projects
• Keeping good lines of communication between sales and operations
• Addressing any and all problems that may arise during the course of business

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial roofing or commercial roofing sales is Preferred
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience with EPDM, Acrylic, Single Ply, PVC and/or TPO
• Ability to manage and motivate
• A valid driver’s license
• Operations management experience required
• A comprehensive understanding of the commercial roofing industry is required
