The Personal Assistant is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, consistent communication, and discretion. These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

· Ability to assist in managing Executive team personal obligations

· Be the first point of contact on behalf of Executive team on personal matters

· Handling travel coordination, car services, event planning and itineraries for Executive team and family members including but not limited to corporate travel, business trips, family vacations and/or extracurricular activities

· Maintain and create schedules and logistics for CEO’s children

· Vet and maintain tutors for CEO’s children

· Coordinate the purchase, schedule installation, and maintenance of equipment and supplies

· Keep Executive team informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled

· Order meals and run personal errands on behalf of the Executive team

· Maintains Customer and Vendor relationships

· Pay invoices and maintain records of vendor services

· Maintain inventory of all new and existing purchases and equipment

· Assist the Executive team by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communications written and telephonic

· Act as gatekeeper to the Executive team

· Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible

· Create and maintain documents and standards as the may arise

· Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software

· Provide general administrative support

· Ability to assist in managing personal obligations on behalf of Executive team

· Amazing Customer Service must possess the ability to communicate effectively, courteously and discreetly

Daily tasks such as:

· Screening phone calls

· Responding to emails

· Scheduling appointments

· Arranging travel

· Preparing documents

· Note-taking

· Anything necessary to assist with the day's events


· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Must have a valid Driver’s license

· High school graduate or equivalent 5yrs or more administrative experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
