Do you have a passion for helping people with trauma? We are looking for part-time fully licensed clinicians who are trained in trauma-informed therapy AND/OR have a strong desire to begin EMDR training. We have EMDR trained and certified clinicians and provide consultation hours towards certification as an employment perk!.
We are a compassionate group practice with experienced trauma clinicians that have a passion for helping people, particularly those with trauma. We are seeking dynamic, specialized, motivated, client-centered therapists to join us in bringing quality, individualized care within our private practice.
The position will include a mix of telehealth and in-person appointments, dependent on the COVID-19 community spread. We will train you on how to ethically and effectively provide trauma-informed therapy (including EMDR) via telehealth. We provide individual and group consultation on how to expertly treat trauma, including telehealth-friendly ways to implement therapeutic techniques. There is an opportunity for a part-time clinician to eventually transition to full-time if desired.

Our Ideal Candidates:
Have a passion and skill for helping their ideal clients
Are fully licensed in the state of Connecticut as a Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
Have started or completed EMDR training OR have a desire to begin EMDR training
Have a CAQH profile

Are comfortable working with an Electronic Health Record
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
