The front desk receptionist is, among other things, the representative of our office. They are the first person a patient speaks to, and are an important part of establishing the patient’s relationship with our office. The right candidate is responsible for making sure that the operations of our dental office run’s smoothly so that the dental professionals can concentrate on patient care and dental treatment.
Responsibilities: Greeting patients upon arrival, Checking in Patients, Answering phones, Scheduling Appointments, Coordinating appointments for patients with our referring dentist, Other office duties including document filing, scanning and faxing.
Skills: Customer Service, Clear Phone Voice, Dental Office Experience, Front Desk Experience as well as an understanding of dental office procedures and workflow, Excellent phone and in-person communication skills, Organization, time management and multitasking abilities,
Education:High School or GED Equivalent
Technology: Eagle Soft, TDO Software, CBCT Software, Computer literacy in basic applications like email and texting are a plus.
