o Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Affairs manager:
o Invoice processing and tracking.
o Mail and package distribution, catering for meetings and ordering office supplies.
o Coordinate all office administrative support for Corporate Affairs team.
o Key Projects include:
Manage Access Database
Process 2020 Charitable Contributions budget in database
Maintain electronic communication system
Maintain central filing system
Four-year scholarship program
Maintain computer resources
o High School Diploma or equivalent.
o Valid California driver license.
o Minimum 5 years relevant administrative experience – Preferably in a Public Affairs environment.
o Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
o Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both internally and externally in a clear, concise and effective manner.
o Ability to plan, balance and multi-task job responsibilities based on business need.
