Reporting to the lead of IT Operations and PMO, the IT Program Manager will drive the development and implementation of project management methods, standards, and tools supporting Celularity’s Information Technology needs.  This role will work closely with the Information Technology team, business partners and external partners in the delivery and support of business information and technology capabilities and services.

  • Refine processes and tools that drive single-source-of-truth of program reports, dashboards, and data.
  • Standardize critical project management methods and templates (e.g. program goals, timeline, agenda, action log, team membership, decision calendar).
  • Manage projects of varying size and complexity to deliver business focused technology capabilities through engagement with internal and/or external teams including vendor management.
  • Extensive experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and associated methodologies (e.g. waterfall, agile, etc.) with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Responsible for helping to manage and maintain the Information Technology program / project portfolio and business capability roadmaps.
  • Works closely with other Celularity project managers in the development of a community of practice defining and aligning on standards, templates, models, methodologies, etc.

  • Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Business or closely related field from accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project / portfolio management experience including a minimum of 3 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience.
  • High level knowledge of the overall drug development process relevant to biotech/pharmaceutical companies including the requirements of GxP and 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills with an ability to adjust to both technical and non-technical audiences including business stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where collaboration, communication, prioritization, and flexibility are key attributes for success.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
