Property Management company has an immediate opening for a full-time Community Manager in Truckee.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES – duties include but are not limited to:
• Supervise small team of maintenance staff
• Inspect apartment buildings regularly and monthly
• Market the property in the community to generate resident prospects
• Touring prospects and leasing them apartments
• Enforce resident leases and community policies
• Maintain occupancy levels
• Prepare and serve all tenant notices
• Monitor and enforce rent collections
• Vendors: communicate with, obtain and approve bids and coordinate
• Meet the financial goals of the property
• Oversee the scheduling of the maintenance staff and the completion of work orders
• Solve problems and address the concerns of current and prospective residents.
