Apartment Maintenance Tech (floating) Paradise Palms

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair tasks on a multifamily property. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to residents.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing drywall, and painting.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Comply with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with residents, leasing staff, and property management team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, trade school or technical training preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in property management maintenance or related field.
• Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
