If needed, develops action plans to achieve results + Responsible for implementation and develop technical training for knowledge transfer and personnel development. + Establish and communicate operating parameters for the 24/7 Team + Initiates MOC's and field walk down of implementation + Field walkthroughs to identify stewardship or equipment/ process issues + Participates in quality investigations for out-of-spec product + Reviews/ develops abnormal operation and risk mitigation plans + Engage with 24/7 Team to identify and remove daily execution barriers + Communicate with outside units to share best practices + Collaborates with Asset Leader/ Team Captain to understand and set priority for equipment repairs + Communicates issues or barriers with production schedule or material containment. + Develop strategy and communicates executable plan for handling off grade/rejected materials + Identify emerging issues and initiate small projects (
