CAP is seeking Family Partnership Coordinator in our Early Childhood program. The Family Partnership Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance in meeting Family and Community Partnership Performance Standards and regulations for both the Head Start and Early Head Start programs. The Family Partnership Coordinator ensures active and meaningful participation of enrolled families, ensures a high level of staff awareness of community resources, and through collaborations with community agencies ensures children and families have access to resources.
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Early Childhood Education, or related field from an accredited college with three or more years experience working in the human services field is required. Must have experience supervising personnel and conducting annual evaluations. Must have a clean and valid NYS driver's license.
This is a full-time, 11-month position. The pay rate is $19.19/hr. Scheduled work hours: 40 hrs/wk, 45 wks/yr.
