Catholic Financial Life has an exciting opportunity available for an Executive Assistant to join our team! This individual is responsible providing administrative support to the CFO and Finance department as well as the Corporate Board Secretary and Board of Directors. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, including with C-suite level leadership, exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

• Provide administrative support to the CFO
• Give assistance to the Corporate Secretary through draft Board and committee agendas, coordinate and collect meeting materials and complete meeting minutes
• Manage and maintain the Board Portal
• Manage the Corporate credit card payment and expense reporting process
• Corporate Compliance duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of executive administrative experience
• Strong communication skills, including with C-suite level leadership
• Exceptional Organizational skills
• Able to multitask and adapt to new conditions
• Excellent attention to detail

Successful candidates will be highly organized, detail oriented and able to work independently. The candidate must be skilled in effectively prioritizing work. Excellent communication skills are required as this role communicates with the C-suite and Board members regularly.
