Mental Health Professional - Part Time

Catholic Charities is seeking a part-time (15 hours per week) mental health professional to provide mental health support and referral to 4K-6th grade youth attending Deerfield Community Center. The services aim to mitigate stress, build coping skills, and provide education focused on eliminating stigma associated with mental health needs. The professional will also support the youth with finding community mental health services, if needed. Due to COVID-19, the position will mostly likely start with telehealth.
Applicants will have a master's degree in social work or a similar field or a bachelor's degree with at least three years professional experience in youth mental health. The candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and knowledge around trauma-informed care.
