Fast growing education company seeking teacher grades 6-12.
The candidate should have a strong work-ethic and be flexible. This individual will work closely with administration and other staff to ensure academic and behavioral goals are being implemented and met. The candidate should also be able to learn and adapt to the school model. The applicant should be comfortable performing behavioral assessments, behavioral interventions, and using a formal process to develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), as well as IEPs. Job duties include preparing and implementing academic lessons, implementing behavior model, teaching replacement behavior, and crisis management as well as supervising assistants and working in a team-oriented environment.
No certification needed. Bachelor's Degree Required. Teaching background helpful.
