Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of Catapult, provides specialized education programming for students who have not found success in the traditional classroom due to a variety of intensive special needs. We believe that all children deserve an education that goes beyond academics and enables them to grow into responsible, self-sufficient adults. SESI operates over 50 AdvanceED accredited Special Education schools nationwide. Our certified teachers and staff provide individualized academic and behavioral interventions with an innovative learning approach, individualized attention, and all the necessary support services students need to overcome barriers to education.

SESI is looking for a Manager of Program Development, with knowledge of Special Education or related Special Education experience, who will be responsible for establishing relationships and building partnerships with school districts and the local community in the greater Phoenix market supporting our Special Education schools. In partnership with regional and school-level leaders, the Manager of Program Development will work together with each of SESI's three schools to effectively achieve their goals to support enrollment initiatives for students with intense social and emotional needs. Key stakeholders include school districts, administrators, parents, case managers, social workers, associations, local community organizations and local businesses. + Build, maintain, and grow relationships with school districts through regular contact with all local school district personnel to enhance relationship, build a rapport, communicate regularly, and provide on-site school tours
+ Build strong relationships within local community focused on brand awareness, school success, and growing partnerships; attend conferences, special events, job fairs, community events
+ Be a leader in comprehensively understanding and explaining our core methodology while highlighting data-based outcomes; Explore opportunities for program development with innovation recommendations and support, as applicable.
+ Be the leader in competitive intelligence, updating marketing and school-based teams on competitive landscape regularly
+ Form relationships with special education departments at local universities to assist in staff recruitment and further reputation building
+ Serve as main point person between marketing and individual school directors, building an accountability processes around all marketing efforts; Oversee individual school media coordinators
+ Coordinate open houses and other events for Districts and parents to learn more about our schools and the full range of special education services we provide
+ Coordinate on-site training opportunities to host district personnel and market the regional expertise; maintain a parent workshop/ training calendar for each school
+ Collaborate with the marketing team to research cumulative data and complete reports on outcomes; work within marketing database for tracking of efforts and communications
+ Form relationships with special education departments at local universities to assist in staff recruitment and further reputation building

+ BA required
+ Knowledge of Special Education or related Special Education experience
+ Education, marketing, business development or similar experience required
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in special education, field marketing, market development, and building partnerships
+ Experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Dynamics CRM
+ Proficient in MS Office suite
+ Local travel required
