Job Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of International department in support of the International Business Manager and assigned International Consultants. Must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written communication.  Support International Retailers, vendors and any other internal department as needed. Manages departmental communications related to products, Reunion, vendors, etc.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receives incoming requests from international retailers and vendors and manages them to resolution.   

  • Liaises between retailers and other operational functions (product merchant/buyer, accounting, inventory management, distribution, sales).

  • Prepares correspondence, memorandums, agendas, presentations, forms, etc. Responsible for establishing and maintaining official documents and records in appropriate files.

  • Assists International Business Manager with communication to vendors regarding promotions/product selection, market preparation, pricing, shipping quotations/status, and process orders. Communicates with vendors and retailers about upcoming promotions.

  • Assists members with inventory needs and product questions. Coordinates with Inventory and International retailers.

  • Works closely with multiple departments for international Shipments out of Distribution Centers. Prepares export documentation when needed and resolves any potential issues. Ensures documents comply.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.  Must be fluent in Spanish both verbal and written communication.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in customer service.

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
