Role: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

CashRepublic has several openings for Customer Service Representative role in the Orlando, FL market. The primary focus of this role is to build long-term relationships with the customers in the community and deliver outstanding sales and service experience to them in the retail stores. CashRepublic offers a broad range of products and services such as check cashing, wire transfer, money order, bill pay, pre-paid / debit cards, auto insurance, to its customers. Customer Service Representatives will educate customers on their options and work with them on relevant products and services to best meet their needs.

CashRepublic is looking for individuals who are passionate about helping customers in the community and are energized about working at a fast-paced, high-growth organization. The role includes:

  • Educate and inform customers on the products available to them
  • Suggest various products that may better suit their needs
  • Offer additional services to enhance customers’ experience
  • Ensure efficient and accurate execution of transactions
  • Provide the highest level of customer service over the phone and in person, while also serving as a resource to current and potential customers
  • Tend to operational duties while in the store including but not limited to, cash handling, record keeping, and store security
  • Timeliness and adherence to assigned schedule
  • Adherence to Compliance requirements
  • Adherence to CashRepublic’s policies and procedures
  • Escalate issues requiring immediate attention
  • Proactively identify new ideas to drive customer engagement and efficiency
  • Champion a culture aligned to the brand values

Requirements:

  • A high-energy and sales-oriented personality
  • 1+ year of retail, hospitality, or restaurant experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail, with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task while still adhering to our customer service expectations
  • Ability to work independently in a solitary environment, with little to no supervision
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bi-lingual / Spanish proficiency is a plus

Position Type: Full Time

Compensation & Benefits: CashRepublic offers competitive hourly rates for our Customer Service Representatives, along with incentives for meeting sales goals. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days of continuous employment, including 2 weeks’ vacation, medical and dental benefits
