Administrative Assistant / Receptionist position for a Local Wealth Management Firm.
- Full time position; 8-5 Monday through Friday
- Pay scale $15 - $18 hour + benefits, based on experience
We are seeking a mature and experienced professional who is self-directed and personable with the ability to competently handle multiple responsibilities with a high degree of accuracy. As a receptionist you will provide a high standard of service while answering calls in a timely manner and interacting with clients and members of staff with courtesy and efficiency.
As an administrative professional you will provide support to the Operations Coordinator and Managing Director. The position relies heavily on the MS Office suite (including MS Excel, Word and Outlook) so having strong computer skills as well as strong database skills is a MUST. Financial Services experience is a plus, but not required.
