Cascade Healthcare Services is looking for Registration Support Specialists 

We are looking for a high-energy Registration Support Specialist (RSS) to join the team and support our core focus.

Must reside in California, Oregon, Washington.

Full-time, 40 hours per week. 

Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Work from home position.

Hourly, non-exempt. 

Paid Vacation. Sick Time accrual and carryover.

Paid Holiday Schedule (9 days/year)

Hourly wage $16.00 - $19.00 / DOE

Role and Responsibilities

The Registration Support Specialist (RSS) is the first point of contact for our potential customers and students. The RSS team is comprised of a group of solutions-oriented individuals who demonstrate ownership in providing phone support for our customers. The RSS effectively manages inbound telephone traffic and email inquires for course registration and product purchases.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails.

  • Register students over the phone for courses

  • Multitask between phone calls and emails

  • Update customer information and ensure accurate entry.

  • Complete assigned daily tasks in a timely manner.

  • Other assigned duties as needed. 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • Basic typing skills
  • Computer skills, including navigating multiple open tabs, systems, and processes.

  • Experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and Google suite.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Quiet place to work. ie: dedicated home office

  • Reliable internet

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Prior experience in a high-volume customer service phone support role.

  • Prior customer service and data entry experience

Knowledge
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  • Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.

  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications.
