Cascade is looking for an ARNP to join our Medical Services Team!

Cascade Community Healthcare, as a health care facility, must comply with the Washington State Governor’s mandatory vaccination proclamation. What You'll Do
As an ARNP you will be responsible for providing medical support to enrolled clients including but not limited to psychiatric consultations, medication monitoring, medication management, treatment coordination and consultation with primary clinicians and case managers.
Your day will generally consist of the following:
Provide Psychiatric Assessments, treatment planning, and medication management.
Provide psychiatric consultation, writing psychiatric prescriptions, and other medical management duties.
Coordinate care with psychiatric nursing staff.
Coordinate treatment services with agency programs, other relevant agencies and others involved in the client's life, i.e. family, friends, employer and others the client may choose.
Maintain records and reports in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
Participate in supervision, consultation and training at the direction of the supervisor.
Coordinate client data processing procedures and provide consultation to Cascade staff, including primary clinician/case manager, regarding patient care as needed.
Provide reports in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
Ensure that ethical and professional standards of practice are maintained.
Participate in other selected activities at the direction of the Chief Medical Officer. COO, or CEO.
What You Need To Get The Job Done
Must be licensed to work in Washington State as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, with a minimum of two years’ experience in a related field, certified psychiatric nurse preferred.
Must be able to pass State and/or national background checks.
Must be able to represent the Agency in a positive and professional manner.
Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Must be able to enter information into a computer network system.
Must comply with agency policies and procedures.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
Must be able to gain access to all types of buildings and residences regardless of the structures’ handicapped accessibility or lack thereof.
Must maintain current home telephone and address on file with the personnel office.
Hours of Work:
This position will normally require that the employee work a standard, Monday through Friday work week. Scheduling will typically be between the hours of 8am - 5pm. This position is classified as being “exempt” according to the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Training stipend: $2000 annually.
