We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated senior living sales professional to join our sales and marketing team. You will source potential residents via phone calls, database leads and walk ins, tour potential residents and their families, assist with and attend onsite and offsite marketing events, finalize sales including review of eligibility requirements, contract and closings. Other duties as assigned.
To be a success you will need a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; proven marketing, sales and closing skills, requires senior living or related experience; strong interpersonal and organizational skills and advanced computer skills. Experience working with a leads database preferred. You must be detailed oriented and enjoy working with seniors and their families. One weekend day is required.
