In this role, you will: Develop and lead the execution of a five-year business plan to grow the phosphate and polymer product lines globally and exceed profitability goals.
Be the subject matter expert on phosphate and polymer market trends, regulations, and competitive intelligence to help support the sales team to grow phosphate and polymer business. include: A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 3-5 years marketing or related field experience. Ability to uncover customer needs and motivations as well as the capacity to translate these into marketing actions.
Analytical skills and capability to turn data into actionable plans to grow business. Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills required.
