Job Description

Carter Healthcare has a group of passionate employees who take pride in the work that they do. We are looking for a full time Corporate Receptionist for the Oklahoma City Office. As the first point of contact, the Corporate Receptionist is responsible for professionally representing Carter Healthcare for our Corporate Office. This position helps to provide a positive environment that enables the Corporate Staff to execute their responsibilities successfully to ensure a continued culture of excellence. As the first point of contact, the Corporate Receptionist is responsible for welcoming all guests, clients and customers in a way that reflects Carter Healthcare core values.

Responsibilities: Professionally answers the telephone and door and directs the caller/guest to the appropriate staff member. Greet and assist vendors and/or visitors in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner. Assist with confirming appointments with management to avoid business interruptions. Maintains all common areas by ensuring they are kept clean and orderly, and supplies stocked. Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, personnel, and research matters. Support Corporate Office Staff as necessary. Maintain a solid understanding of the company goals and strategies.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of previous work experience in a business environment. Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

  • Must have excellent attendance

  • Excellent verbal communication skills, punctual, and customer service driven. - Knowledgeable in a variety of computer software applications such as Microsoft Office.

  • Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy while interacting and communicating with company customers, and individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to use discretion and the desire to preserve the integrity of our brand are highly stressed.

  • Position requires attention to detail, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.

  • Must have the drive to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands

  • Professional appearance.

  • Must be able to pass a background screen to the satisfaction of the company,

  • Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
