Production Assistant - Rancho Mirage, Ca

Cart Mart, a 60+-year-old, award-winning golf and commercial vehicle distributor, is searching for a well-organized Production Assistant for a full-time position based out of our Rancho Mirage, CA location. This candidate will support the Production Manager and oversee the flow of production from start to finish and must be able to work well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

$17 - $18 hourly DOE

Candidate must:

• Be accurate, and detail-oriented to provide project updates that include the status of car builds
• Interact with outside vendors and production teams to obtain updates ensuring timely receipt and delivery to meet committed deadlines
• Also extensively interact with sales associates, updating them on cars in production or sales-related questions

• This candidate must be honest, conscientious, efficient, hard-working, naturally friendly, and a true professional with high integrity and a high-level work ethic. Ideally, a self-starter who is extremely accurate, organized, and possesses a positive “can do” attitude with strong communication skills
• Accuracy, as well as consistent follow-up and follow-through, is an absolute requirement of this position and an integral part of this position requiring the candidate to be passionate about customer service and retention
• The candidate must have a clean DMV record and a valid Class C driver's license. A background check and drug test are required
