Summary: The Financial Services Specialist will be responsible to manage and administer the financial impacts of schedule changes and reentries and resolving unpaid aid for our active student population. They will be responsible for collaborating with campus staff to make appropriate outreach and ensure all changes are worked timely, students are fully funded for their program and unpaid aid is resolved. They will be responsible for maintaining appropriate customer service levels and meeting day to day required activity levels. Provides the Director of Financial Services additional support as needed.

Education and/or Experience - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education is preferred and three to five years of financial aid administration experience including Title IV aid programs or the equivalent, preferably in a vocational setting.
