We currently have an exciting opportunity within the Southeast Region for a Customer HVAC Technical Support Manager.

Company Website: http://www.carrierenterprise.com Job Responsibilities As a Customer HVAC Technical Support Manager, the selected candidate will deliver post-sales technical support and training of HVAC products to customers and dealers of existing products or supplemental sales. In addition, this person will provide technical training classes to internal and external clients as needed and handle high call volume of customer calls in a call center environment.
Some overnight travel in assigned territory will be required. The Customer HVAC Technical Support Manager's primary role is to provide technical support to our customers' field technicians. This important area of our business supports the entire Residential, Light Commercial, and Large Commercial Applied product lines in the Carrier, Payne and Bryant families.
In addition to phone support, job site visits with the dealer are required to assist with problem resolution. Other duties include consumer relations, special warranty issues, and providing technical product training for our dealers. Additionally, this position will support internal customers as needed to secure sales and address post sale issues.
Requirements 10 years of HVAC Residential and or Light Commercial/Large Commercial Applied service experience Complete understanding of refrigerant circuits and basic electric Solid understanding of HVAC industry from sales, installation and service views. Generate strong partnership relationships with sales Strong trouble shooting skills Ability to deliver technical training to large audiences Exceptional communication skills Able to work within a team environment Strong PC skills including the use of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point and Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Conflict resolution Education AA/AS degree or Technical School Training w/ 5-10+ years experience required BA / BS degree with 2 - 5+ years experience, preferred but not required Carrier Enterprise is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
