Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, licensed Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Compensation:

$50,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
  • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process

  • Set weekly goals 
  • Track all key business activities daily 
  • Track all prospect activity/contact in the CRM daily 
  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks 
  • Set up an "Ideal Week" that blocks time for activities designed to reach goals 
  • Attend training and establish daily role-play partners inside/outside PT 
  • Willing to be held accountable for goals and results 
  • Call past clients and agents' circle of influence for referral opportunities 
  • Input/Manage/Troubleshoot contact database system 
  • Warm transfer and schedule appointments for PT Team Agents 
  • Manage 50+ new leads each week and work existing leads to convert into buying/listing appointments
  • Practice, memorize, and internalize scripts at least 1-2 hours /week
  • Attend training/coaching sessions and be open to innovation 
  • Follow up weekly with Agents on transferred prospect progress 
  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis 1-2 hrs/day
  • Do 5-10 hours of lead follow-up per week
  • Make 50 to 100 contacts per week calls

Qualifications:
  • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
