This Customer Service Rep position earns a competitive base hourly wage of $14/hour. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

As a Customer Service Rep, you are often the first point of contact with our company. Your friendly demeanor makes a great first impression! You schedule all the appointments for our sales staff, whether prospects reach out from the internet, by phone call, or as a walk-in. While you love talking on the phone with new people every day, you are glad that your job does not require any cold calling! You do make at least 50 outbound phone calls per day to already pre-qualified lead sources. With a warm smile that comes across over the phone, you also answer all incoming calls and direct them throughout the company as needed. You feel great about playing an important role in facilitating more energy-efficient homes for people in your community!


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

  • Proficient computer skills
  • Geographical knowledge about both South Carolina and North Carolina
  • Knowledge of good phone etiquette
  • Ability to make 50-100 calls a day
  • Above-and-beyond customer service skills

Are you organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and manage your time effectively? Are you attentive to accuracy and detail? Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Can you handle inbound informational and troubleshooting calls as well as outbound calls to schedule sales calls and annual maintenance visits? If so, you might just be perfect for this Customer Service Rep position!


CALL CENTER WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time call center position typically works Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays required.
