On a typical day, as our Call Center Manager, you supervise our call center representatives. You ensure representatives are trained on all of our products and services. By always being available to assist and answer questions, your team is able to find success. You inspire them to reach their call volume, cross-selling, and referral goals. You also monitor their phone calls for professionalism, accuracy, and content. Regularly meeting with management, you discuss call volume. You constantly analyze call center operations and make recommendations to increase the effectiveness, productivity, and quality of our service.

Additionally, you step in to perform call center representative responsibilities yourself. Using your exceptional customer service skills, you make about 50 phone calls a day to schedule appointments, discuss products and services, and resolve customer questions. You are never bored and take great satisfaction in knowing that our customers are well taken care of!


  • 3+ years of call center or customer service experience
  • Management abilities
  • Professional phone presence
  • Basic computer skills
