  • You have 5+ years of successfully leading diverse and high performing sales team, preferably in both domestic and international markets.
  • You have an innate ability to “ask the right questions”, unearth answers and separate facts from “BS”.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITY:

  • Lead, develop and execute go to market strategies that focus on driving accelerated growth in key international markets through expansion of markets, customers, and opportunities.
  • Facilitate the international certification process and knocking down barriers to entry through leadership of our international sales analyst team.
  • Fully engage with external stakeholders and organizations that best position our line of products for expanded growth through understanding objectives, KPIs and operational structure.
  • Fully contribute as a member of the organization’s sales leadership team.
  • Partner with operations and finance to deliver an accurate sales forecast to plan inventory demand and maximize capacity.

SUCCESS FACTOR SNAPSHOT:

  • First 30 days – Immerse yourself in the organization; become intimate with key leadership, peers, clients, suppliers, processes, products, financials, KPI’s, sales tools, ERP…and CARNIVORE CULTURE.
  • In 60 days - Identify and target key distributors, retail chains and e-tailers within each market and initiate contact with leaders of each of the above to best understand Carnivore and our position in the market.
  • In 90 days - Share your written international sales growth plan with Vice President of Sales and develop key metrics, dashboards (CRM) and KPIs to support our growth agenda.
  • First 6 months – Meet with balance of primary distribution and retail partners to establish a shared vision and strategy for mutual success.
  • First 9 months – Review and execute primary plays in go to market strategy with sales leadership.
  • Year 1 – Increase 2022 international market revenue by 33% and exceeded primary KPI expectations.
  • Year 1 – Develop go to market strategy to launch alternate Carnivore brands to the international market along with determining a key distribution partner or direct retail opportunities in the EU market.
  • Year 2 – Increase 2023 international market revenue by 35% and exceed primary KPI expectations.
  • Year 3 – Increase 2024 international market revenue by 30% and exceed primary KPI expectations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Global travel is required; must have valid/current passport and drivers license.
  • Territory includes any and all international markets.
  • Must have advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft and Gsuite applications.
  • Multi-lingual candidates preferred.
