This Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher position pays $10 - $16/hr depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn commissions for exceptional work. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / DISPATCHER
As a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher, you arrive each day ready to answer our clients' calls promptly and professionally while extending excellent customer service to them. You recognize that this is where clients will form their first impression of our company, and you make customer care priority #1. Your role includes other responsibilities which help maintain a smooth workflow in the office and for our technicians out in the field.
Your pleasant demeanor comes through as you receive client calls and dispatch service calls to our field technicians. You keep customers updated and informed on the technicians' scheduled arrival time. After our technicians complete an appointment, you follow up with them to make sure services have been performed appropriately, payment has been collected, and clients are happy. You also call our Club Membership clients daily to schedule service appointments. You feel good about ensuring that our customers are satisfied, all parties stay well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.
- Experience answering phones
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
