Job Description

We are seeking a Client Specialist and a Day Habilitation Manager

As a direct care Client Specialist you will assist clients with all parts of the day, build relationships with clients, follow protocols for working with individual clients, promote independence, assist with personal care and hygiene, help with meals/snacks, help with daily cleaning, contribute to a happy environment and much more! (Hourly, $12)

Our Manager will perform the above, as well as supervise staff, establish good communication, maintain client logs and facility record keeping, follow policies and procedures, ensure client and staff confidentiality, ensure staff coverage, monitor medication, communicate with families, perform ongoing staff training, and other tasks as assigned. (Salary, $30,000)

Required: 1 year experience with people with disabilities and/or teaching, can be family, volunteer, employment, etc. Must be eligible to work in state of Texas and have valid drivers license with good driving record. High School diploma or equivalent is required; degree preferred. One location, health and safety protocols are in place. Hours 7:45-3:45.
