Caring for the Capitol is a family-owned and family-focused home care agency that coordinates top-level care and assistance for seniors and the disabled. We are currently looking for a full-time OUTSTANDING Healthcare Client Care Manager.
- Lead all aspects of the office's daily operations, including coordinating client care and intakes
- Oversee client and caregiver relationships and work to build satisfaction and retention
- Manage corporate, industry, vendor, referral source, and community relations
- Manage office financials (e.g. create billing reports, finalize invoices)
- Correspond and coordinate with outside referrals (e.g. case manager, physicians, hospice)
- Provide oversight on compliance and policy procedures for home care agencies
- Complete client intakes and develops appropriate service plans
Requirements
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and solution-focused problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn ClearCare software
- Preferred (however, not required) degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field, OR relevant experience in service, healthcare management, human resource, sales, or other corporate-level positions.
