Cargobase is looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager for our USA-based sales team. Cargobase has established itself as the leading global Transportation Management System and Freight Procurement Platform. We serve Fortune 500 (and 1000) companies across automotive, semiconductors, electronics, oil & gas, and FMCG.

You will work closely with our global team of Sales Development Reps to develop effective outbound strategies and support client engagement until contract closing. Our team of Customer Success staff will support you around the clock to ensure the account is well-looked after.

We’re looking for self-motivated and hard-working individuals with a proven track record in generating logistics and/or SaaS sales. We offer an exciting role in a fast-paced, successful, fun SaaS company!


  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Cargobase value proposition for suppliers and customers.
  • Conduct industry-specific research; collaborate with the Sales Development team to develop an effective prospecting strategy.
  • Conduct demos, presentations, and meetings with various senior stakeholders across potential customers (online and in-person).
  • Leverage tools such as Hubspot to track and optimize our performance and conversion rates; reporting the same to the sales team and management

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics tech, enterprise SaaS or freight forwarding
  • Strong familiarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot Sales
  • Track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be tech-savvy
  • Great teams skills
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, can-do environment
