Order Fulfillment Specialist

Cargo Signal was born out of the need to maintain visibility, security and quality within the shipping industry. An industry overdue for digital integration and sensor-based logistics is the solution to solve blind spots that arise in global supply chains.

• Responsible for accurate receiving, storing and re-packing shipment orders
• Ensures that the correct number and type of product are being shipped
• Compares quantity, labeling and address with order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct
• Execute updates in computer system via operational tools provided
• Responsible for creating Fedex labels for shipping equipment
• Keeping track of existing inventory and request re-stock orders 
• Reports damages on inbound shipments 
• Responsible for keeping the shipping facility clean and organized
• Responsible for refurbishing returned equipment
   

• Education (preferred level) high school degree
• Must be able to read and communicate proficiently in English, count accurately, do simple math and write legibly
• Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Must be able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis
• Must be able to shift priorities easily to support tight deadlines
• Must be able to do simple computer work, such as updating orders and scanning ID’s into shipping and receiving software
• Must have good follow-through on tasks and attention to detail
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Positive and willing to help attitude

• Expected salary: $65,500 – $67,500
