As a member of the Cargill Food Distribution team, you will learn all aspect of the business. You will assist in Warehouse, transportation and sales activities. There will be exposure to the finance activities such as assist with some month end close activities, inventory recons, Account Payable monitoring and problem solving and some Account Receivable activities.
25% - Procurement Activities - managing the PO monitoring process (pricing, open POs, and accuracy), request service POs, enter service entry sheet when needed, order office supplies and assist with PO issues as they arise.
25% - Operational/Financial Reporting - run BI reports, Excel reports, review 3PL invoices and updating the tracking tools related to the specific 3PL function (Warehouse or Transportation)
20% - Customer related activities - Process credit and debit memos, process CRUD requests, and review PODs
15% - Filing and RIM Coordinator - archiving customer information, procurement, invoices, different files
10% - Finance activities - assist with Month end close, Donation tracking, and Inventory reconciliations
5% - Miscellaneous activities

Minimum Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent experience
1 years of office administrative experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel specific)
Demonstrated ability to work closely with management, sales and 3rd party vendors.
Must have strong interpersonal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels within an organization.
Must be detail oriented and have exceptional documentation skills
Willing to work overtime, holidays and weekends of needed by the business
Microsoft (Pivot tables, Macros, VBA) Knowledge
