We are looking to add a motivated and passionate leader to our MSP team as an Operations Manager in Schaumburg, IL. In this role, you are responsible for the payroll process and provides support to the Account Analysts and Billing Coordinators for the Managed Service Provider (MSP). The individual ensures all operational business processes and systems are maintained according to company standards. A high level of organization and personal accountability is required.

? Provides operational leadership, direction, and support for CSU Managed Services Billing Department at the direction of the Division Manager.
? Ensures and monitors the timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll and submits it to the corporate office for processing.
? Performs monthly billing administration to all accounts at specific defined billing cycles.
? Process billing adjustments the week received to ensure all sub-vendors are paid in a timely fashion.
? Must be confident in speaking on the phone and web-based training for sub-vendors, clients and users.
? Works with Billing team to target and train problem sub-vendors to follow process and procedure to reduce the amount of billing adjustments being sent in.
? Works with Billing team to target problem centers and work one on one with them to train and have them follow CSU MSP policies and procedures to ensure they are billed properly.
? Conduct bi-weekly meetings with Account Analyst(s) to identifies rogue agencies and works with them to work through the MSP and councils centers on how to not reach out to rogue agencies.
? Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations related to all business practices.
? Prepares weekly accounts payable requests to the corporate accounts payable department and maintains all accounts payable records for the division and or location.
? Track payroll and billing activities through various reports.
? Maintain relationships with clients and external employees by providing excellent customer service.
? Prepares various operational reports as directed by the Area Manager or Director.
? Provides support to Account Managers, Account Representatives, Operations Coordinators where necessary.
? Answers the telephone and provides information or directs calls accordingly.
? Works independently on special projects and assignments, as assigned.
? 2-3 year of supervised office experience required
? At least 1 year of previous payroll experience required
? Bachelor's Degree required
