Job Description

Job Summary:

This full-cycle sales role will be focused on new customer acquisition, driven through both individual prospecting and marketing generated, inbound lead assistants. Successful Account Executives will be responsible for qualifying prospects, identifying and connecting with decision makers and key stakeholders, uncovering needs and pain points, and demonstrating the value proposition of CareerArc's Social Recruiting Platform, to sell our dynamic products and services.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

· Create and drive revenue within a defined set of pre-qualified prospects

· Meet quotas for new client bookings by closing opportunities

· Build product and industry expertise to deliver solutions-based social recruiting technology offerings to small to mid-sized business (generally 1000+ employees)

· Conduct online presentations and product demonstrations

· Conduct needs analysis/buying influences and determine the customer’s pain points to understand how our solution will solve those needs.

· Deliver value proposition to the customer and handle any objections to a successful conclusion.

· Generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling

· Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quota

· Own the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure

· Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within our internal SFA system

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 2 year previous new customer acquisition experience with a proven track record of lead gen through closing of the sale; or a four year degree (preferably in English, Communications, Business, Marketing, Philosophy, Political Science, or Engineering) with a GPA above 3.0.

  • Comfortable in a high growth, change-oriented environment.
  • A solid history of quota achievement
  • Experience working in a high activity, outbound sales environment, managing average sales cycles of less than 6 months.
  • Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, ability to overcome obstacles, and strive to improve skills and achieve goals - we have a successful product and an experienced leadership team, if you show up with the right effort, attitude, and internal motivation to be successful, we will provide you with the product, support, and development to achieve your goals
  • Excellence in professional communication, both verbal and written.
  • Understanding of the sales process, and demonstrated ability to be persuasive, with a strong success orientation.
  • Ability to work independently with professional detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active participant on social media sites; LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Experience with presentation (PowerPoint, Presi, Google Slides, etc.), web conferencing and CRM technologies, (Salesforce or another equivalent tool)
  • Confidence communicating with business decision makers
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, as well as time management skills
  • Self-discipline
  • Experience working with a Job Board, Job Aggregator, Social Media, ATS or CRM technology a plus
