Job Description

Career Strategy Consultants is seeking a Purchasing and Accounts Payable Clerk for a local client in the Wheeling, WV area. This will be a full-time contract position with the possibility of becoming a permanent role. This individual will be responsible for client's disbursement processes including purchasing, accounts payable, monitoring of travel reimbursements and credit card postings/reconciliations. Supports budget development, monitoring, and transfers. Must have strong communication and customer service skills. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business or related field. Bachelors degree preferred.

  • 1-3 years of related experience. Five or more years of related experience may satisfy the educational degree requirement.
