Part-Time Receptionist – Finance Firm

Seeking a service-oriented, engaging Receptionist to partner with our client on a part-time basis! In this ongoing role, you will act as a positive brand ambassador and associate through client interaction, phone coverage, and schedule management. You will also help out the firm by attending to facilities and maintenance needs, pulling daily reports for internal teams, and fielding ad hoc technical questions.

We’re looking for someone professional and articulate, with a positive demeanor and strong communication skills.

Additional requirements include:

· Applicable experience in either hospitality, customer service, or administrative support

· Proficiency in MS Office

· Exceptional phone and in-person demeanor

· Good organizational and multitasking skills
