About the Role:
As a Sales Rep, you will be focused on closing new business. You’ll do it all, from initial outreach and demos through contract closing. By building rapport and understanding our customer's needs, you'll raise the bar of success for our customers and CaredFor.
Represent CaredFor with professionalism and character to prospective clients
Smash quotas and continually raise the bar
Have 2+ years’ sales experience. SAAS sales experience a plus!
Show a fearless ability to proactively engage new clients
Be persistent and willing to hustle and produce
Salary is based on relevant experience. In addition to a base salary, you’ll be awarded commission on the deals you close.

A consultative sales approach and knowledge of how to maintain control of a conversation
The skills to passionately and clearly articulate value/benefit
A knack for asking great questions to uncover issues with a prospect’s current process
A firm understanding of how to qualify buyer interest and identify target customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A team-player attitude with a strong desire to help improve internal processes beyond just your day-to-day tasks
Previous phone-based sales experience preferred
Persistent, metrics-driven mindset with Top of Sales funnel milestone awareness
Team player focused on achieving objectives and celebrating wins
Experience with SalesLoft, Outreach.io, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc
Good understanding of the technology industry and start-up scene
Positive attitude and energy
Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for learning and developing
Professional, authentic, and naturally conversational approach and persona
Active listening and objection handling skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
