Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to become a part of the Care to Change team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for our staff at three locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Develop workforce strategies, to recruit, onboard, and develop qualified candidates
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and dedication
  • Advocate for employee retention and development
  • Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
  • Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
  • Be an integral part of our growth strategy
  • Available to attend employee fairs, outreach events, and team meetings
  • Naturally loves people
  • Able to effectively share the mission and vision of Care to Change

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources or other related fields
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong leadership qualities
