Junior Project Manager- Healthcare

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop a detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks
• Lead stakeholder meetings to keep projects on time and budget and elevate concerns to management when appropriate
• Assist with significant Merger and Acquisition activity within the company

Requirements:

• Must possess an active Virginia license
• Minimum of 1 year in a project management role
• Minimum of bachelor's degree preferred
• Possession of PMP Certification (or higher) strongly preferred
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred
• A working understanding of agile project methodology
• Ability to apply and analyze data as it pertains to quality and compliance metrics
• Comfortable working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of an organization
• Ability to understand simple health care metrics and KPIs and how they relate to integration project work

Requirements:
