Facility and M&A Coordinator - Travel Required

Exciting opportunity to join a mission-based company in an extensive growth mode located on Richmond's Southside. This position will provide a wide range of opportunities and experiences in two functional areas of the Company: facility management and mergers & acquisitions. This fast-paced and detailed-oriented position offers the ability to showcase current computer and customer services skills while introducing the selected candidate to the complex world of M&A. No two days are the same. Travel with the Vice President to onboard new family members sets this position apart from other administrative offerings.
Main responsibilities include running facility management's ticketing system, managing the fleet program and providing M&A support across the Company's footprint. This position requires 2 years of administrative support, excellent communication and the ability to travel as needed. Additionally, the candidate must be highly organized and able to flex quickly to a constantly evolving environment.
Positive and upbeat individuals who are driven to help others in need highly preferred.
