We are looking for champions for our Assistant Store Manager to set store expectations, field questions and resolve customer concerns quickly. You’ll utilize your people skills to outline various job duties for others and help solve problems in and through others.

Responsibilities:

*Promoting Outstanding Customer Engagement.

*Maintaining High Standards.

*Training and Development of future Super Stars.

*Managing Store Labor

*Promoting Store Growth

*Maintaining Proper Stock Levels.

*Effective Oral & Written Communication

Qualifications:

*2+ Years of Previous Retail Management Experience

*Previous Experience in Leading, Managing & Motivating a Store Team.

*Computer Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel
