Cardinal Systems, Inc., Schuylkill Haven location is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The essential functions of the position are listed below:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Customer Service:

Ensure all customer phone calls, faxes, and emails are handled quickly and accurately.

Process any customer error resolution requests (RMA).

Prepare and transmit daily purchase order acknowledgements.

Collect orders from EDI and prepare for processing.

Has knowledge of product lines, prices, delivery time, various marketing promotional services and similar data, as required.

Enter customers' orders and quotes into the Global Shop Solutions Software and any other miscellaneous jobs given to them by their supervisor.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide administrative support with regard to customer requests, order entry, and filing.

Utilize Global Shop Solutions Software to input orders and create quotes.

Other duties as assigned.

WORK ENVIRONMENT FACTORS:

Fast paced/high stress office environment.

Physical Demands Long hours sitting and using office equipment.

Mental Demands There are a number of deadlines associated with this position, which may cause some stress. Must also deal with a wide variety of people on various issues.
