**Part Time Position\. Typical schedule: M\-F 10am \- 2pm**
_What Office Services contributes to Cardinal Health_
Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures\. This includes clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and distributing mail\. Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems\.
_Qualifications_
+ High School diploma/GED equivalent
+ 2 to 4 years work experience in related field preferred
+ Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Advanced skills in MS Office programs and Outlook
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Accountabilities:**
Ability to work alternate shifts as well as overtime as needed
Ability to learn programs such as AIMS, SAP, SharePoint and/or other warehouse systems
Performs one or more office functions within the guidelines of the facility \(bill pay, supply/services ordering, coordinating events for healthy lifestyles, lead fun committee, and EHS reports and entry for operations\)
Works within established SOP's and/or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines
Demonstrates depth and breadth of knowledge or proficiency in several areas or in specialized areas of responsibility
Accurately and efficiently performs several operational tasks assigned to the individual
Performs several specialized office operations functions within the operating guidelines of the facility
Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills
This office position is responsible for the efficient handling of supply products from the point of order to the receipt of products; clerical duties: such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, distributing mail, maintaining records, preparing forms, verifying information, resolving routine problems, support for EHS entry an reports, purchasing of supplies and services, paying invoices, working various projects, and lead for operations healthy lifestyles program and fun committee\.
