Director of Operations - Warehouse


The Director of the Warehouse is primarily responsible for organizing and overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse / Distribution Center. They ensure that our business is well coordinated and productive by ensuring standard operating procedures are followed and through performance management of the team.


  • Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set goals to meet installation dates.
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
  • Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
  • Ensure operations comply with safety quality and delivery metrics
  • Oversee the Inventory Control team
  • Oversee Inventory Control  processes and organize them to enhance company policies
  • Manage relationships with external partners/vendors
  • Ensure that the Warehouse / Distribution Center runs with legality and conformity to established regulations by Cardtronics
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to continually improve the quality of data management systems, processes and standards
  • Manage interdepartmental communication for problem resolution.
  • Engage and partner with internal departments as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and or required


  • Oracle (Sales Orders, Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Payables)
  • Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Teams

  • 5 to 7 years of experience as Director of Operations or similar position
  • Knowledge legal rules and guidelines to operate a Distribution Center
  • Knowledge latest trends and best practices 
  • In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles such as supply chain, finance, customer service, human resources etc.)
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Six Sigma certifications, Green belt of higher
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
