Licensed Sales Agent Job Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Cross-selling to existing customers with other Allstate products
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, constant follow-up, and closes sales
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, mortgage lenders, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases

Job Requirements

• Obtain Property and Casualty license upon 30 days of hire.
• Prior sales experience or front-facing client experience such as hospitality
• Proven Closing sales tactic abilities
• Must be highly self-motivated
