We are seeking a Sales Representative Entry Level to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

You must be able to speak and write English and Spanish. Opportunities for bonuses and commission for the right person


  • Greet customers with a welcoming and friendly demeanor
  • Meet and help customers find a vehicle that suits their driving needs and price range and active listening to best determine a customer’s wants and needs
  • Promote sales offers, showcase the dealership’s vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers
  • Answer customer questions about cars, financing, insurance and purchase process
  • Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices
  • Promote and negotiate dealership’s sales car offers and trade-in values for customers’ vehicles
  • Coordinate with the finance and insurance department to determine each customer’s financing, ownership, an insurance options
  • Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles
  • Stay up-to-date on popular car models and perform test drives so they can accurately describe a vehicle’s capabilities to a customer
  • Issuing loan contracts between the buyer and the dealership.
  • Organize and manage time responsibly to handle many different customers, including past customers, at once
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate sales with the financing department and/or other Salespeople
  • Knowledge and passion for vehicles
  • Negotiation skills to offer deals that satisfy customers while ensuring profit for the dealership
  • Attend and participate in all morning sales meetings and trainings
  • Establish positive and lasting relationships with customers
  • Develop leads through the phone, emails, and online platforms to find potential customers
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager during the transaction process
  • Maintaining a customer database and communicating with them
  • Assisting customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed
  • Maintaining reporting structures ‘and recording sales and inventory on our CRM software
  • Collaborating with team members to reach sales targets
  • Assisting with the set-up of showroom and promotional displays

Qualifications & Necessary Skills:

  • 18 Years old or older
  • High school diploma or GED certificate; associate or bachelor's degree in sales, business, or marketing is a plus
  • Fully bilingual (Spanish and English) with the ability to read, write, speak, comprehend and communicate effectively in both languages
  • A valid driver's license
  • Must have a clean driving and criminal records for employment
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination (full vaccination) or willing to be vaccinated if job is offered
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work holidays and weekends
  • A drive to excel under pressure
  • A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude and demeanor
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills
  • A passion for sales and customer satisfaction
  • Being coachable and willing to learn
  • A Team Player attitude
  • No previous sales experience necessary

Preferred but not necessary skills

  • Previous sales experience in any field
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or any other related field
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

  • Pace of work: This is a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. We typically work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. To be successful in this competitive market, car salesmen will need to focus on building relationships with their customers and providing excellent customer service
  • Amount of collaborative vs. independent activity: There is a lot of collaboration during peak hours and busy days. Car salesmen can expect a lot of support from upper Management during this time. However, at the end of the day, the results will depend solely on the car salesman effort and dedication
  • Who the employee will report to: The car salesman reports directly to the General Manager via short daily reports, and then more comprehensive weekly and monthly reports. There are also weekly and monthly sales meetings and trainings, and monthly 1 on 1 performance reviews
