The Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator position is a full-time position based at CREI’s corporate headquarters in Birmingham, AL. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the properties’ on-site marketing efforts. This position will collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Graphic Designer to create and manage both digital and print campaigns that drive online and foot traffic to the sites. Other responsibilities include assisting with various management services projects, including limited travel for due diligence or help during the summer turn period. This position is bonus eligible.
Graphic Design Responsibilities (65%)
- Assist with marketing production requests – including print ads, e-mail campaigns, online banner ads, outdoor media, brochures, postcards, direct mailers, flyers, logos and other marketing materials
- Assist with content creation for global initiatives, such as uniform signage, letterhead, social media placards, renewal campaigns, etc.
- Assist with developing content, layout and distribution of press releases, investment packages and Capstone Quarterly newsletter
- Review Matterport scans and digitally edit files for 3D virtual tour presentations and photography capture
- Perform basic pre-print duties (creating print ready/hi-res PDFs, EPS, PSG, JPG, etc.)
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities (35%)
- Process marketing department invoices and assist with other department administrative needs
- Assist sites and corporate with ordering promotional materials (t-shirts, pens, etc.) and print products
- Assist with planning and execution of annual Manager Summit and other corporate events
General
- Monitor current trends (design and non-design) and concepts as it relates to residential leasing and marketing
- A Bachelor’s degree preferred in Graphic Design, Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, Advertising or related degrees
- Computer skills including a high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; email and web design experience a plus; working HTML knowledge a plus
Working Conditions
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operation office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to communicate or exchange information. #zr #ft
